JOSEPHINE L. VEGLIA concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Administration , Elder Law, Special needs Planning and related practices of real estate and general business planning.
She was admitted to practice in Massachusetts after having earned her Juris Doctorate in 1984 from Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to practice before the U. S. Supreme Court .

She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has been a member of the National and Massachusetts chapter of NAELA (National Association of Elder Law Attorneys) since1994. She is currently serving as the Second Vice President on the Executive Board of Tri Valley Inc, and has been a member of Tri Valley’s Board of Directors since 2001. She has also been a member of Tri Valley’s Advisory Board for the Money Management Program since 1998.
